OBAMA'S WORLD VIEW IS CHILD-LIKE; naive and incompetent like a six-year old. Perhaps Obama believes in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny but that doesn't make America safe.
In contrast, Cheney's view is adult and realistic; he recognizes real threats to the national security and welfare of the United States and is a proponent of measures that are necessary to counteract threats.
Obama is so impressed with his own charm, good looks and teleprompter reading ability, in a child-like naive way, that he thinks adversaries will just fall over and do as he wishes to make the sun shine.
If one didn't know who was giving which speech, one would think that Cheney's speech was was from a president laying out what is needed to safeguard America, while Obama's speech sounded like a rookie ACLU attorney trying to safeguard Islamic Terrorists.
