4. No surprise that NY is 36th in creating jobs from 1998-2007. Socialist model is not working.

6. NY is a NON-right to work state with 27% union workers compared to 13% national average.
7. No surprise that NY has about one-third the job growth over the past decade compared to low-unionized states
8. No surprise that NY is 1st (highest) in workers leaving the state.
9. NY is 1st (highest) in government regulation of health care
10. NY has an average family health insurance premium of $12,300 compared to national average of $5300.
11. No surprise that NY has a much higher percentage of uninsured for health care than the national average.
