Now, the government also has some things that haven't gone so well in terms of fiscal responsibility and quality service:
1. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that were at the root of the financial crisis
2. Everyone's favorite: the U. S. Postal Service
3. The War on Drugs, with no net progress in 30 years and cost of hundreds of billions
4. Medicare and Medicaid, with estimated abuses and fraud of $300 billion per year
5. Social Security, the biggest Ponzi scheme of all, making Madoff look like an amateur
6. Immigration control and border protection; 12 million illegal aliens and the 9/11 perpetrators
Now let's have Government Motors and Obamacare and so we can get the same advantages in cost and service that we have from these other government run programs.
