FIRST BY STATE, WITH POWERFUL COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN OR THOSE POLITICALLY STRATEGIC

1. Connecticut: Chris Dodd, chairman Banking Housing & Urban Affairs Com. (also, seat at risk due to corruption in mortgage scandal)
2. Louisiana: May Landrieu, Chairman Small Business & Entrepreneurship Com.
3. Massachusetts John Kerry, Chairman Foreign Relations
4. Vermont: Patrick Leahy, Chairman Judiciary Com.
5. Michigan: Carl Levin, Chairman Armed Forces Com.
6. Montana: Max Baucus, Chairman Finance Com.
7. N. Dakota: Byron Dorgan, Chairman Indian Affairs Com.
8. S. Dakota: Ken Conrad, Chairman Budget Com.
9. California: Barbara Boxer: Chairman Environmental & Natural Resources Com. and Diane Feinstein, Chairman Intelligence Com. (also key state with most electoral votes in country).

SECOND, ORGANIZATIONS OR INDUSTRIES THAT ESPECIALLY BENEFITED:

14. Big Pharma: no low cost drugs permitted from Canada or elsewhere (payoff for political contributions)
15. Big Insurance: no competition permitted for premiums across state lines, lower limit on Flex Spending accounts will drive customers to buy higher premium policies and up to 30 million new customers with government assistance in paying for insurance. (the left has preached that Republicans favor Big Insurance, but they are being bought by the Democrats)
16. AARP: major vendor of Medicare Supplement Insurance will get potentially 10 million new customers as Medicare Advantage destroyed; (payoff for supporting ObamaCare against best interests of AARP members)
17. Teamsters and other unions: will be exempt from surtax on "Cadillac health insurance policies" (payoff for contributing, working and voting for Obama)
18. Trial Lawyers: no tort reform means continued big fees and high insurance rates for doctors and hospitals which get passed along to patients (payoff for huge political contributions over years favoring Democrats ten-to-one.
