How Is All That "Extending A Hand" To Iran Policy of Obama Working Out?

The WSJ 12/18/09 Opinion section commented on how effective Obama's "extending a hand" to Iran has been; some of the WSJ points are below along with other points.
You be the judge!
1. Iran has now tested a solid fuel medium range ballistic missile with a range of 1200 miles.
2. Iran is now close to having a neutron initiator which is critical to setting off nuclear bombs.
3. The International Atomic Energy Agency confirms , as do other sources, that Iran is undeterred in enriching uranium to a level that is only necessary for nuclear bombs.
4. Iran continues to support Islamic terrorist groups with weapons and funds: Hamas, Hezbollah, the Taliban, insurgents in Iraq and now Columbia's FARC.
5. Iran uses arrests on phony charges, torture (the real kind, not water boarding), and murder to squelch opposition protests inside the country and threats against families for those dissidents who criticize the regime from outside the country.
6. Iran continues to jerk the United States and other countries around with respect to inspections of nuclear facilities, particularly uranium enrichment plants. The bottom line here is that no meaningful inspections have taken place and there has been no slowing down of Iran's race to develop nuclear weapons.
7. Iran ignores every so-called "deadline" for compliance and negotiations as pompously announced by Obama or other world bodies.

IT APPEARS THAT IRAN, LIKE EVERY OTHER ROGUE NATION, JUST LAUGHS AT OBAMA'S INEPT ATTEMPTS TO INFLUENCE THEM.

PERHAPS OBAMA NEEDS TO GO ON ANOTHER WORLD APOLOGY TOUR!
