The United States has been acting crazy in dealing with Iran and Ahmadinejad during the Bush, and now the Obama, administrations.
It has been crazy to think that empty threats of "unacceptable", "grave consequences", "sanctions" etc. were actually going to deter Iran from getting a nuclear weapon.
It has been especially crazy for Obama to think that through his charismatic personality he could sweet talk Ahmadinejad into giving up its quest for nuclear weapons.
Ahmadinejad has been jerking Obama around like a puppet and is laughing at the puppet show.
Obama will not impose tough sanctions like a blockade and even this might not be enough.
The only realistic option is to destroy the nuclear facilities in Iran and Obama will never do this and Ahmadinejad knows it.
Meanwhile, Israel has a tough decision, it knows it cannot trust the United States, under Obama, to militarily and politically support Israel if it acts as a proxy for the United States in taking out the Iranian nuclear facilities.
As one example, the Obama administration will not give Israel the deep bunker busting bombs that are in the United States arsenal.
Israel, for it's own preservation, may have to go it alone as it did in bombing Iraq's nuclear bomb facility in 1981 and Syria's nuclear bomb facility in 2007, in a raid on Iran's nuclear bomb facilities. The irony would be that Israel winds up protecting all of the Western Powers from Islamic Terrorists getting nuclear weapons.

Key Issues in Republicans vs.Democrats Proposals for Health Care Reform
It doesn't take 2400 pages to understand the basics of the Republican positions on health care reform:
1. YES to enacting medical liability reform and put an end to frivolous lawsuits that drive up the cost of medicine.
2. YES to individuals and small businesses pooling together to purchase high-quality affordable health care coverage.
3. YES Allow Americans to shop for, and purchase, health insurance policies across state lines.
4. YES to new incentives on saving for current and future health care needs by allowing people to use their health savings accounts funds to pay premiums for high deductible health plans.
5. YES Guarantee individuals with pre-existing conditions or past illnesses access to affordable coverage through the expansion of state-based, high-risk pools, and reinsurance programs.
6. YES to reforms designed to lower costs and expand access without violating individual rights or the integrity of the market.
7. YES to attacking and eliminating the 15 to 20% fraud in Medicaid and Medicare payments.
8. NO to the federal government to forcing any American to purchase an unwanted insurance plan.
9. NO to a government-run insurance program or takeover of any part of the healthcare system.
10. NO to individual mandates, rationing, and special deals for any state.
11. NO to a separate set of rules for government and private sector health insurance purchases.
12. NO to any plan that betrays our senior citizens by cutting Medicare coverage.
13. NO to allocating taxpayer funds to pay for abortion.
The first seven items form the basis for a simplified health care reform bill with reduced costs.
The last six items are the core of Obama's socialist health care plan with the usual bribery and pork thrown in.

The Party of Elitism, Hate and Fear Mongering
Gov. Palin's reference to the "real America" versus the "shadowy elite" fits the politics of the times and is on target for the Obama Administration.
There is a nasty history of the current Administration, and its major voices, disparaging and outright lying about those that oppose their policies and legislative initiatives.
1. Obama spent the past two years striving to create animosity toward "the richest Americans", "insurance companies", anybody on "Wall Street" (except his CEO buddies at Goldman-Sachs and J.P. Morgan Chase", "bankers" and "CEOs" in general; this is a blatant attempt at promoting class warfare.
2. The elitist Obama characterized Pennsylvania voters as "they cling to their guns or religion or antipathy toward anyone who is not like them".
3. Jimmy Carter decried opposition to Obama as being "based on the fact that he is a Black Man".
4. Nancy Pelosi tried to marginalize and dismiss the Tea Party and town hall protesters as "high end Astroturf, not grass roots" and likened them to "Nazis" and labeled opponents of ObamaCare as "Un-American".
5. Harry Reid parroted Pelosi's comments about "Astroturf" and compared opponents of ObamaCare to "supporters of slavery".
6. Chucky Schumer claimed the Town Hall meetings were "orchestrated by tea baggers and birthers".
7. The Democratic National Committee dismissed the protesters as "rabid right-wing extremists".
8. The entire Democratic leadership, and their sycophants in the media, have continuously chanted the theme of Republicans being "the party of no" when in fact the Administration and Congressional Democrats know full well that Republicans have offered numerous amendments to ObamaCare and submitted bills of their own on various matters only to have these rejected or buried in Democrat controlled committees.
9. Then, let's not forget the continual barrage of disgusting comments and phony accusations from Joy Behar, Chris Matthews, Bill Maher, David Letterman and others against Sarah Palin and all opponents of Obama.
10 For fear mongering, go back to numerous Obama statements such as:
"we face a depression unless we act soon",
"bad situation could become dramatically worse"
"our nation will sink into a crisis that...we may be unable to reverse"
and pushing his failure of a Stimulus Bill
"if we don't act immediately, millions more jobs will be lost and unemployment will approach double digits"

Evan Bayh served two terms as Senator and 24 years total in public office.
This makes Bayh a "PROFESSIONAL POLITICIAN".
TWO TERMS IN THE SENATE IS ENOUGH FOR ANYONE.
Indiana must have thousands of people qualified to be Senator and represent that state.
Meanwhile, the myth of Bayh being a "moderate" seems to be a favorite theme of the media.
But, Bayh's voting record in the past two years is pretty much in support of the Reid-Pelosi-Obama agenda, despite his speeches and calls for bipartisanship.
He voted YEA (for)
-Senate's 2400 page ObamaCare bill; here was a big opportunity to show he was a "moderate"
-Cash for Clunkers
-$825 billion Stimulus Plan
-Public Debt limit increase all at once to $14.29 trillion, with PAYGO which has numerous loopholes
-Confirm Bernake for another term at Fed, even though Bernake had big hand in casuing banking crisis
-Confirm Craig Becker, a highly pro-union advocate to the NLRB, tipping Board in favor of unions
-CHIP reauthorization covering children way above the poverty level and into young adulthood
-Continuing federal funding of "sanctuary cities" for illegal aliens
And Bayh voted NAY (against):
-Prohibiting federal funding of abortions
-Comprehensive immigration reform that would better secure our borders among other things
-Paying down the National Debt by not spending funds on programs rated as ineffective.

The Price Of Wheat and Sunspots in 1800 England
As early as 1800, an English astronomer noted that the price of wheat went up when there were fewer sunspots.
Now we know this was related to natural global cooling. Fewer sunspots meant less electromagnetic radiation from the sun which resulted in less interference with cosmic radiation that helps nucleate low cloud formation which, in turn, meant cloudy cool summers, and this was not good for wheat production and hence the higher wheat prices.
The reverse has been true for the past decade or so; more sunspots than usual have been observed and thus more interference with cosmic radiation reaching the lower atmosphere and therefore fewer low clouds and warmer weather. GLOBAL WARMING!
This has nothing to do with man-made CO2 but there is no world to save and no lucrative contracts from which to profit if this natural phenomenon is at play.
Much to the dismay of man-made global warming profiteers, this is one possible driving mechanism for global warming or cooling over periods of a few years or decades, riding on top of changes that occur over thousands of years.

NOW COMES THE MOST SHOCKING ADMISSIONS OF ALL FROM PHIL JONES.
Feb 14, 2010, in an interview with BBC, JONES ADMITTED:
1. 1995 was the warmest year in the past 15 years,
2. his record keeping was "not as good as it should be" and he "MAY HAVE LOST" the data from around the globe used to show the infamous "hockey stick" curve that showed temperature flat for hundreds of years and recently rising sharply (this is what global warming profiteer Al Gore and numerous climatologists used to reach the "overwhelming consensus" that man-made warming was occurring),
3. the Earth was probably warmer in medieval times than it is now (not previously admitted by man-made warming advocates and not shown in the hockey stick plot)
4. the Earth has gone through "natural heating periods"
5. the two latest warming periods, 1910 to 1940 and 1975 to 1998, could be explained by naturally occurring events and man may have had nothing to do with it (like solar flares affecting cloud formation),
6. "keeping track of everything is difficult".
However, Jones still tried to claim that recent warming is man-made; evidently he cannot keep his lies consistent, since he admitted that 1995 was the warmest recent year and due to natural causes.
Add to these shocking revelations by Jones, the other recent revelations that:
1. the U.N.'s IPCC 2007 prize winning report made false claims that the Himalayan glaciers are melting (the claims were traced to media hype, false quotes attributed to the scientist who studied the Himalayan glaciers and no actual data,
2. the IPCC made false claims about sea levels rising in the Netherlands, now refuted by scientists in the Netherlands
3. the IPCC used faulty data from China to "prove" global warming.
There are valid political, economic and pollution reasons for the United States to carefully migrate to domestic energy sources that are cost competitive and develop those that are not, but Obama's "Cap and Trade", Obama's EPA trying to declare CO2 a dangerous pollutant and thereby control industries and similar regulations in other nations are part of the world-wide ruse to "redistribute the wealth" among nations.
The evidence keeps mounting, and is now fairly strong, that man-made global warming is a hoax perpetuated by scientists seeking funds and prestige, by profiteers seeking to make billions by trading carbon allowances and by by corporations like GE seeking to make trillions from forcing change to non-competitive alternative energy sources.
